I am the owner of the truck, not a dealer. (no dearer fees, no hidden cost)
Before buying from a dealer, call them. Ask about processing fees,
paperwork charges, dealer fees etc. Ask them, besides the price of
the truck what other charges, fees, and what nots will be bringing
up your out the door cost. Keep in mind what it cost them to operate:
sales men, office staff, building/lot rent, electric, internet, etc, etc
Just a note on why they need those hidden fees.
CASH ONLY. NO TRADES.
If you wish me to hold the truck while you get financing:
1) You will need a 500.00 non-refundable deposit that will be applied
to the purchase price at time of purchase.
2) This will allow a week (7 days) for you to get your approval. Up to 10 days
only with PROOF of a loan being processed for THIS truck.
3) If you return with a verifable letter from the bank stating you were denied
the loan (of purchase price or less) I will refund 200.00 of the deposit for
truely trying.
4) Apon recieving the deposit I will remove the truck FOR SALE adds from all sorces
where it was listed FOR SALE, and it will no longer be FOR SALE to anyone during
the 7 days (10 Days) processing time.
5) The truck will stay in my custody, but will not be driven. The mileage will be noted
on our deposit agreement.
6) Ballance must be paid within the 7 day period (10 day period) or the truck will
be relisted FOR SALE again, with your deposit forfited.
7) Ballance is the price - deposit. This also will be noted in our deposit agreement

If you do not believe this to be fair, don't tell me, just get a pre-approved loan
ahead of time. This is a big step for me, because I am normally a "first with cash wins"
type of person. However I do not have this much cash, so I understand the need for financing.
